Clear information about our company website and the services we provide.
Last updated: 3 October 2026.
1. Company website and enquiries
IPcom Limited generally acts as controller for its own company enquiries and business administration. Our Privacy Policy explains the information involved and your rights.
2. CRM controller and processor roles
A customer using IPcom CRM to process personal data about its contacts, customers, employees or sellers will normally be controller of that data. IPcom Limited will normally act as processor on the customer’s behalf, under the applicable agreement and documented instructions.
3. Customer responsibilities
CRM customers are responsible for their lawful basis, transparency information, data-subject rights and applicable marketing rules. Configuration and use of the service should reflect those responsibilities.
4. Service documentation
The published service documents comprise the Data Processing Agreement, Subprocessor Register, Retention & Deletion Policy, Security & Incident Procedure and Customer Exit & Data Export procedure. These canonical documents are maintained on the IPcom CRM product site and form part of the applicable service documentation.
5. Contact
Send data-protection enquiries to admin@ipcom.ie. If your request concerns a record held by a CRM customer, normally contact that customer as controller.
